Sacramento Event Rentals: The Full Catalog

The Rent4.Partycatalog covers twelve categories in one place — tableware, centerpieces, linens, seating, and the rest of what goes on an event table. Planners pulling together a 250-guest reception use the catalog. So do couples doing a small backyard ceremony, and families throwing a milestone birthday. Every category below has its own page, every product has photos, a price, and an add-to-quote button. Everything we send out is clean, delivered on time, and backed by a phone number that gets answered during your event week. Rentals can feel like a black box from the outside, so we laid it all out: what we stock, how many, in which colors and finishes. Read through and you'll know exactly what to order before your date.

How event rentals work here

Renting costs far less than buying — outfitting 150 guests with full dinnerware, glassware, flatware, linens, and centerpieces is cheaper to rent than to buy outright, and you skip the washing, storing, and insuring that come after. Your tabletop and décor show up at the venue the day before, get used at the event, and we collect everything the day after. You pay for the time you have it plus a delivery and pickup fee. Renting is also the lower-waste option. Every glass and plate in our warehouse gets washed, inspected, and put back into rotation hundreds of times, which keeps a lot of disposables out of the landfill across the events we run in Sacramento, Davis, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Rocklin, and Woodland.

Our rental categories

Inventory is split into twelve categories. Each one has its own page with variants, pricing, photos from real Sacramento events, FAQs, and the full product list. Use this as a map.

Glassware — wine glasses for reds and whites, champagne flutes for the toast, all-purpose beverage glasses for water and cocktails, plus stems for whiskey, brandy, and dessert wine. Stock runs to 500+ guests in a single style.

Flatware — gold, silver, matte black, and brushed rose gold. Full place settings (dinner fork, salad fork, knife, dessert spoon, soup spoon) and serving pieces. The finish sets the tone: gold reads warm, black reads modern, silver stays neutral.

Dinnerware — white porcelain, gold-rim bone china, clear acrylic, and chargers to layer underneath. Salad, dinner, dessert, and bread plates, sold on their own or as full course-by-course sets.

Vases — tall clear vases for big floral statements, low ones for floating arrangements, gold bud vases for accents, and a deep range of specialty shapes for florists and DIY setups.

Candle holders — votives, gold tapers, matte black pillars, low holders for sweetheart tables, and tall pieces for long-table runs. Candle holders are the layer that warms up a room after dark.

Linens — satin, cotton, and linen blends in whites, ivories, blushes, navies, sages, and burgundies that work with most wedding and event palettes.

Napkins — cloth napkins in dozens of colors and textures. An easy swap out of paper, and one of the cheapest ways to make a place setting look finished.

Tablecloths — floor-length cloths sized for round, rectangle, and banquet tables, plus overlays, runners, and sequin pieces for bigger celebrations.

Chair covers — fitted spandex covers and chiffon sashes that turn plain venue or banquet chairs into something that matches the rest of the room and survives a long evening.

Backdrops — draped fabric panels, floral walls, geometric frames, and modular systems for a ceremony, a sweetheart table, or a photo wall. The backdrops adapt to most venues.

Tables and chairs — when the venue is short on seating or surface, we fill the gap with white folding ceremony chairs, wicker lounge seating, banquet tables, cocktail tables, and farm tables for outdoor receptions.

Specialty & accents— the odds and ends that finish a setup: porcelain tea sets, serving boards, signage stands, beverage dispensers, and props that don't fit anywhere else.

How to plan your order

Order one plate, one glass, and one flatware piece per confirmed guest, then add 8-10% for breakage, late RSVPs, and second pours. Start with the meal: count confirmed guests first, then build out from the place setting. Centerpieces come next — figure one or two moments per long table, or one per round. Pick linens to set the color and add texture under the settings. Add candle holders for the lighting. Last, decide if you need extra seating or a backdrop. Book the most-requested specialty pieces — gold-rim dinnerware, tall clear vases, chiffon sashes — three to six weeks ahead during peak months. Sacramento wedding season runs April through October, and lead times track the season and event type as follows.

Wedding rentalsare the bulk of Rent4.Party's work — ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, and after-parties for couples and their planners across the valley. Rent4.Party covers most event types in the region. Corporate event rentals cover product launches, holiday galas, executive dinners, conference receptions, and customer appreciation nights. Birthday party rentals run from quiet milestone dinners to backyard parties to bigger themed setups. Baby shower rentals and bridal shower rentals are some of our favorite jobs — soft palettes, delicate settings, and centerpiece moments worth keeping in the album. Quinceañera rentals are a high-touch style we know well. And private party rentals cover the rest — anniversaries, reunions, retirement parties, religious celebrations, and fundraisers.

Where we deliver

We're based in Sacramento and deliver across the region. The core service area is Sacramento, Davis, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Rocklin, and Woodland. We also reach Rancho Cordova, Lincoln, Galt, Dixon, Antelope, and the foothills around Placerville and Jackson. For any venue within about 60 miles of downtown, we can quote a delivery window that fits the load-in rules. We work here, so we already know most of the venues, the loading docks, and which weekends run heavy. That usually means a tighter delivery window and a pickup time that lets the event wind down on its own schedule instead of ours.
