Pick your items, your city, and your event date. We respond within one business day with a quote that includes delivery, setup, and pickup.
We coordinate the venue
Once you confirm, we contact your venue directly about load-in windows, access restrictions, and setup timing — especially relevant for historic buildings, wineries, and campus venues.
Deliver, set up, pick up
Our team arrives at the agreed time, stages everything for your coordinator, and returns after the event to pick up. You never touch the inventory beyond checking the count on arrival.

What cities does Rent 4 Party deliver to?
Our core delivery zone covers the Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding Placer, Yolo, Solano, El Dorado, and Amador counties — including Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, Dixon, Elk Grove, Galt, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Placerville, Jackson, and Ione. For deliveries outside this zone, contact us for a custom quote.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Delivery is priced by distance from our Antelope warehouse and order size. Cities within 30 minutes (Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Folsom) have the lowest fees. Foothills and wine-country deliveries (Placerville, Jackson, Ione) include longer routes and are priced accordingly.
How far in advance should I book for my city?
For weekends between May and October — our peak season — we recommend booking 6–8 weeks out for Sacramento-metro events and 8–10 weeks out for foothills and wine-country deliveries where we consolidate routes. Last-minute availability depends on stock and route capacity.
Do you set up and break down at the venue?
Yes, setup and breakdown are available in every city we serve. Some historic buildings, wineries, and campus venues have specific load-in requirements — our team coordinates directly with the venue once you provide the address.
Can you handle multi-city weekends (e.g. ceremony in one city, reception in another)?
Yes. Multi-venue orders are common for our Placer and El Dorado clients (ceremony at a winery, reception at a hotel). We plan the delivery route around the schedule and handle the transport between venues.
