How many you'll need
One napkin per guest per course that uses one — so a seated dinner typically rents one napkin per guest plus a 10-15% buffer for replacements during service. If your counts are still loose, drop the guest number into the quote requestand we'll check it against the floor plan before anything is booked.
What it pairs with
Most tables pull from two or three categories, not one. The napkins here sit well with tablecloths (napkins in a contrasting or complementary tone to the tablecloth are one of the most visible accent decisions on the table), and also with flatware and chair covers. Delivery and care
We run deliveries out of our Antelope warehouse across the Sacramento area, including Sacramento and Davis, and this piece turns up most at corporate events and birthday parties. Stained napkins are expected and handled by our laundering process. Wine, food, lipstick, and most common event stains come out with commercial stain-treatment; only extreme damage incurs replacement charges.
