Sacramento Event Rentals

We're Rent4.Party, a Sacramento-based rental company, and most of what we own fits on a table: glassware, plates, flatware, vases, candle holders, linens, and the occasional backdrop or chair cover. People rent from us for weddings, company parties, and the kind of birthday dinner that outgrew the kitchen. You can book a few crates of wine glasses or outfit a 300-seat reception; orders start at a $150 minimum, which a standard place-setting order clears easily. Everything is washed, counted, and packed before it leaves our Antelope warehouse, and it arrives at your venue ready to set out.

What's in the Inventory

The catalog runs to twelve rental categories, built for hosts, planners, and florists who care how a table looks up close. You'll find glassware, flatware, and dinnerware for place settings; vases and candle holders for centerpieces; napkins and tablecloths for the linen layer; chair covers for banquet seating you'd rather not look at; backdrops for ceremonies and photos; and tables and chairswhen the venue comes up short. Each piece gets checked by hand on the way out. A glass with a water spot or a creased cloth doesn't make the truck.

Place Settings: Glass, Plate, Fork

A table starts with what sits in front of each guest. The glassware runs from wine stems and champagne flutes to plain water glasses. The flatware comes in gold, silver, and matte black, so you can match an ivory wedding or a darker modern look without accidentally mixing metals. Our dinnerware (white, gold-rimmed, or clear) is stocked deep enough for multi-course service, and we count every plate and fork in and back out, so nobody is hunting for a missing setting at the end of the night.

Centerpieces and Décor

Centerpieces are where a room gets its mood. The vases include tall clear columns, gold stands, and short bud vases that florists tend to grab by the dozen. Pair them with candle holders in glass, gold, or black for a low candlelit tablescape or a long head-table run. For ceremony aisles and photo corners, our backdrops give you one clean focal point that holds up in pictures without fighting the rest of the room.

Linens, Napkins, and Chair Covers

Linen is the first thing guests actually touch. We carry napkins in satin, cotton, and heavier weaves across a broad color range, and floor-length tablecloths cut for rounds, rectangles, and banquet tables, from plain white through burgundy, blush, and sage. Chair covers and sashes are the quiet fix for mismatched venue seating. None of it is exciting to talk about, but it's usually what separates a decorated room from one that looks finished.

Tables and Chairs

When a backyard wedding or a tight venue runs short on seating, our tables and chairs cover the gap, from simple ceremony chairs to heavier lounge pieces. We check the frames before they go out and match the count to your guest list, so no one ends up standing.

What People Rent For

Most of our work is weddings: ceremonies, receptions, and sweetheart tables, usually alongside a planner or florist. We also handle corporate events such as launches, award nights, holiday parties, and executive dinners, plus birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, quinceañeras, and private parties of no particular category. The gear is the same; how you arrange it is the part that changes.

Delivery Around the Region

We're local, so we deliver to fourteen cities across the Sacramento Valley and into Placer County — most venues within about 60 miles of our Antelope warehouse: Sacramento, Davis, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Woodland, and the towns in between. Being based here helps: we know which venues have a freight elevator, which ones only allow a morning load-in, and how long the drive really takes on a Saturday. That is the unglamorous knowledge that gets your rentals there on time.

How Booking Works

Browse the rental shop, add what you need, and tell us your event date. We'll confirm what's available and work out delivery and pickup. If you'd rather not build the order yourself, send us the details(occasion, head count, venue) and we'll put together a quote and a suggested list. Either way you'll be talking to someone who has actually loaded these trucks.
