The white chair is our everyday workhorse for ceremony and reception seating. The frame is molded resin with a smooth satin finish, so it wipes clean after an outdoor event and holds its color in full sun instead of yellowing the way cheaper plastic does. Each chair holds an adult comfortably and stacks tight, which is why we keep them in big counts for weddings, backyard parties, and company mixers. They read as clean and neutral, so they sit just as well under a tented reception as they do lined up on a lawn.
A quick note from the people who load the crates: plan on a little more space per seat than you think for the aisle, and set them on grass with the legs pressed down so they don't wobble. White shows scuffs, so we check every one before it ships. Sacramento heat is no problem for the resin.

Tables and chairs are commercial-grade and designed for event use; our delivery team loads them into your venue at a coordinated time and can install them according to your floor plan. How many you'll need
One chair per guest, one table per 8-10 guests for rounds, one banquet table per 6-10 guests for rectangles. Add cocktail tables at roughly one per 8-10 guests for receptions. If your counts are still loose, drop the guest number into the quote requestand we'll check it against the floor plan before anything is booked.
