Count is the thing people underestimate. Guests set a glass down, wander off, and grab a fresh one, so a good rule is two to three per person across an evening rather than one each. Glasses come back to us boxed; a quick rinse after the party is appreciated but not required, and chips happen, so we pad the crates accordingly.

How many you'll need
Most seated weddings and corporate dinners use three to four glasses per guest across the evening — a pre-set wine glass, a water glass, a champagne flute for the toast, and often a second pour swapped in for the entrée course.
