The cellar stairs are narrow, so cellar vase orders hand-carry from our truck — no cart access. For orders over 20 pieces we send a 2-person unload team and plan an extra 30 minutes of cellar-stairs unload time. Staging in the pavilion above the cellar is an option and our team handles the final stair move.
