Do SAFE Credit Union Convention Center events need a special load-in time for backdrops?
The Convention Center requires dock scheduling for anything over 6 feet. We coordinate with their event manager directly once you share the room assignment; most backdrops get loaded in during the 4-hour pre-event window.
How do you handle wind on Tower Bridge or Old Sacramento waterfront ceremonies?
Every outdoor downtown backdrop ships with 40lb sandbag weights at each leg. Afternoon delta breezes off the river regularly hit 15–20mph, so we don't rent backdrops for waterfront setups without the weights attached.
