Neither winery provides linens for private rehearsal dinners or weddings — they supply bare wood tables that most clients leave bare (with cheesecloth runners) for the farm-to-fork aesthetic. If you want fully linened tables, you're renting 100% of the cloths from us.
Can cheesecloth runners go directly over Matchbook's wood tables?
Yes — cheesecloth is the most-common styling choice at Matchbook. Runners are long enough to drape a bit over each table end, which reads well in photos against the barrel-room backdrop. We ship one runner per table plus 1–2 extras in case of wine spills during service.
How do you handle tablecloths for outdoor Arboretum Gazebo weddings?
We ship pre-pressed linen on rolling garment racks and roll directly to the Gazebo deck from the Arboretum's service drop-off point. Full-drop floor-length is harder to manage on the Gazebo's wood planks (cloth catches on splinters), so we recommend 108" instead of 120" for those setups.
