Care of the Rental Equipment: The Customer must be responsible for all and any damage to the Rental Equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” defined is only that what is normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Customer shall be liable to Rentals by Rent4.party for any and all damage, that is not “ordinary wear and tear” in an amount equal to the replacement value of the rental items. The renter upon receiving rental items must report any damage.

Limitations of Liability: The owner of Rentals by Rent4.party does not assume any liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless for any liabilities, theft damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Renter’s use and occupancy of the rental items, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.

All items to be returned as rented. Unless agreed otherwise

To secure the date, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. It will also serve as a security deposit for the order. It is fully refundable within 24 hours of the return of the rental items. Some or all of the deposit may become non-refundable upon damage as defined earlier or upon loss of any rented items and/or cancellation of the order.

Payment of the full total amount is due on the date of the pickup.
